Converting xml for importing in access in two tables, merge all related fileds of individuals in individual table and all related fileds of entities in entities table

Need VB code for access+xsl file for tranformation of above xml file into following
1. by importing in one access table and inserting all fileds other tables by adding a recognizable name
eg individuals mail table must contain fields from designation, nationality etc and entities must contain fields from list_type, entity_alias etc
2 same as above but in two tables one for individuals and other in entitiy
xml file is updated almost daily , so I need smooth running form in access enabling to do above job
